Job summary

Client Server in London is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and develop features as the service scales from tens of thousands to millions of users. The role combines backend Python Django with Flutter frontend, Go and AWS in a greenfield, microservices transition.

You’ll join the London team 3-4 days a week in a dog-friendly office, enjoy stock options, private medical care, and a culture of collaboration as the company grows with AI scheduling for hospitality workers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Full Stack development experience with Python, Django, Flutter or React, PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud environments is desirable.
• Start-up or scale-up experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features and enhancements as the company scales from 250,000 users to millions.
• Take ownership across the full software development lifecycle for Greenfield projects.
• Work with backend (Python/Django/Go) and frontend (Flutter) in an AWS cloud setup.

Senior Full Stack Engineer / Developer (Python Django Flutter AWS) London to £120k

Your role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you\'ll design and develop new features and enhancements as the company scales from 250,000 users through to millions and transitions from a monolith to microservices architecture.

You\'ll work across the full software development lifecycle, taking ownership of Greenfield projects, working with a range of technology from Python and Go on the backend through to Django and Flutter on the frontend within an AWS cloud environment.

Location / WFH:

You\'ll join colleagues in the North London office 3-4 days a week where you can enjoy a range of perks including paid for gym and dog friendly office (as well as great bars and restaurants for after work!).

About you:

• You have Full Stack development experience, having worked with Python, as well as Django, Flutter (or React), databases (PostgreSQL) and AWS, it would also be great to have experience with Golang but you can pick it up on the job
• You have a strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• You enjoy working on Greenfield projects in fast paced environments, ideally you will have start-up or scale-up experience
• You're collaborative, curious and keen to learn new technologies - comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude
• You are degree educated in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
