Fallow is recruiting a Head Waiter to lead the front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, contemporary setting in Greater London. You’ll mentor staff, uphold standards, and ensure every guest journey is warm, professional and memorable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or senior front-of-house.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor team and manage guest expectations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front-of-house team to maintain service standards.
• Provide warm, attentive service and guest value.
• Guide guests through menus with recommendations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
