Job summary

Fallow is recruiting a Head Waiter to lead the front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, contemporary setting in Greater London. You’ll mentor staff, uphold standards, and ensure every guest journey is warm, professional and memorable.

With knowledge of our menu and service expectations, you will train colleagues, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and drive guest satisfaction while modelling our sustainability-focused approach to hospitality in a modern

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or senior front-of-house.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor team and manage guest expectations.

Responsibilities

As a Head Waiter at Fallow, you will play a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional dining experience, ensuring seamless service, and mentoring the front-of-house team. With a deep understanding of our menu, service standards, and guest expectations, you will lead by example to create a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every guest..

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support the front-of-house team to maintain outstanding service standards..

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service..

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution..
• Support management with service operations, including opening and closing procedures..

About you

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or senior front-of-house role in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant..
