Job summary

Fallow is seeking a Head Waiter to lead the front-of-house team and uphold the highest service standards in a fast-paced, modern British restaurant. You will mentor staff, deepen guests' dining experience, and ensure seamless service aligned with our menu and hospitality ethos.

With a strong passion for hospitality and a proactive, team-driven approach, you will coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, deliver expert menu guidance, and maintain impeccable service while upholding health and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or senior front-of-house role in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant.
• Passion for hospitality, food, sustainability, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
• Support management with service operations, including opening and closing procedures.
