Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Working Foreperson to supervise a Void Operatives team on-site in the Waverley area, delivering high-quality repairs and responses in social housing. You will also produce weekly productivity reports and manage timesheets, while coordinating with clients to ensure timely handovers.

The role requires NVQ2 or equivalent, proven leadership, a UK driving license, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
• Demonstrable experience of successfully leading an on-site team.
• Ideally experience in domestic/social housing or relevant response environment.
• Passion for improving homes and delivering excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving license and eligibility to drive in the UK.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing on-site Operative team to deliver work to a high standard.
• Produce productivity reports, review timesheets and liaise with customers and the client.
• Undertake multi-trade tasks (plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry) in domestic settings.
• Address typical repairs (taps, pipes, drainage, kitchens and bathrooms) promptly.
• Ensure properties are ready for handover, manage deadlines and timelines.
