Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a core trade is required.
• SSSTS is advantageous but not essential.
• Good knowledge of construction processes and health & safety practices.
• Ability to lead by example and manage a mixed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site reactive maintenance repairs and supervise operatives.
• Collaborate with Contracts Manager to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Carry out welfare checks, PPE compliance, and vehicle/tool inspections.
