Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a band 7 Lead Practitioner in the Forensic Autism Service. You will be the lead practitioner for cases, delivering expert clinical interventions to autistic adults over 16 with forensic risk, and provide clinical leadership within the team.

You will mentor and supervise junior staff, work with multiple agencies, and ensure high standards of evidence-based practice while maintaining independent and team-working capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in forensic mental health settings.
• Experience providing expert clinical interventions for autistic adults over 16 with forensic risk.
• Strong IT literacy and comfort with digital clinical records.

Responsibilities
