Keyman Personnel on behalf of a leading loft and building company is recruiting an experienced Foreman for a permanent role in Greater London to lead on-site operations including loft conversions, extensions and renovations.

You will manage trades, coordinate with project managers, clients and suppliers, and ensure safety, quality and deadlines. A valid CSCS card and First Aid certification are required. The role offers a permanent position and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman in building or loft projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regs, and safety.
• Good communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid CSCS card and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for loft conversions and extensions.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site staff to maintain workflow.
• Monitor timelines and quality, ensuring high standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety compliance.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and safety documentation.
• Resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on schedule.
