Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior or Principal Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant in the UK to lead flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and sustainable water management for development and infrastructure projects. You will provide robust technical advice to support planning submissions and due diligence, shaping resilient solutions.

Working with planners, environmental consultants and clients, you will oversee technical workstreams, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to fee proposals

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in flood risk assessment, drainage and sustainable water management within UK contexts.
• Strong working knowledge of UK flood risk policy, planning guidance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating inputs across multidisciplinary teams and reviewing technical reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to flood risk assessments, drainage strategies and surface water management plans.
• Prepare, review and oversee technical reports for planning and development projects.
• Engage with clients, planning authorities, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to fee proposals and project delivery.
