Tetra Tech is seeking an Associate/Associate Director to lead our Flood Risk and Sustainable Water Management team in the UK. You will manage development-led projects, provide expert flood risk and drainage advice, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across planning, EIA, and water environment studies.

You will engage with clients and authorities, support bids, and mentor junior staff while delivering robust, compliant solutions across UK projects.

Qualifications

• You will lead and support development-led projects through planning and environmental processes.
• Strong knowledge of UK flood risk policy, planning guidance, and regulatory context is essential.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders is required.
• Ability to mentor juniors and contribute to bids and client relationships.
