Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer (Flight Simulators) in Burgess Hill. You will head up a small team, acting as the technical expert for maintenance on simulators and related systems.

The role offers £50,000 - £60,000 plus 4 on 4 off shifts, training, progression and extensive benefits. You will perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnose and repair faults, run qualification test schedules and train junior technicians in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Experience as Lead Maintenance Engineer or similar in aviation.
• Experience with simulators or related automated systems.
• Ability to lead and train junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on simulators and systems.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing system faults.
• Run and check qualification test guide schedules.
• Assist in training junior technicians.
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm
