Artisan Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced fabric/fit out estimator to join the team on projects ranging from £50K to £3M, mostly existing buildings needing refurbishment.

You will lead the Estimator role within the fit out team, supporting on tenders, pitches and presentations to win high-end, quality projects.

You will receive a salary up to £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, plus a package including healthcare and pension.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate previous estimating experience for minimum of 3 years.
• Has dealt with Fit Out projects.
• Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects.
• Highly organised.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Provide a hands-on approach.
