Job summary

ST TALENT is seeking an experienced Estimator for our Leeds office to prepare robust time and cost estimates for new work enquiries. You will price a range of opportunities from 20,000 up to 1,000,000, including framework contracts across schools, healthcare, and warehouses.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead the estimation process, undertake site visits, and interact with public sector procurement and framework providers. A strong background with main contractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with main contractors in refurbishment, fit-out, or new-build.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement and tendering procedures.
• Experience using estimating software and tender management platforms.
• Ability to undertake site visits and assess project requirements.
