Solutions Engineering Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading NSI Gold Approved Fire & Security specialist for the Guildford area. The Lead Fire & Security Engineer will own a key service area, covering Guildford and surrounding regions with occasional travel towards Southampton.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the Fire & Security industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• FIA, ECS/CSCS or manufacturer accreditations are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical escalations support to field engineers.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical escalations.
• Lead and mentor engineers in fault finding and problem resolution.
• Carry out planned maintenance, servicing and reactive repairs.
• Support the Service Manager with technical queries and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with NSI and industry regulations and maintain high workmanship standards.
