Job summary

Purosearch in London seeks an experienced Tier 3/Advanced Fire Risk Assessor to cover London and surrounding areas, delivering Type 1-4 FRA across residential and commercial properties.

The role requires Level 4 Diploma, strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, report writing and driving licence, with additional Level 5 qualification desirable; salary competitive with prospects for progression.

Qualifications

Fire Risk Assessor - Tier 3 / Advanced

Location: London & Surrounding Areas

We are looking for an experienced Tier 3 / Advanced Fire Risk Assessor to join our growing team, covering London and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a range of residential and commercial properties.

Requirements

• Recognised Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent.
• Experience carrying out Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments.
• Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation and guidance.
• Good understanding of compartmentation, fire doors and passive fire protection.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

• Level 5 qualification in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with complex, high-rise and higher-risk buildings.
