Job summary

1st Select are partnering with a growing specialist consultancy and are looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join its expanding team. This field-based role covers properties across the South East with autonomy to manage workload and deliver high-quality assessments and clear client reports.

You should have previous Fire Risk Assessments experience, a recognised fire safety qualification, knowledge of UK legislation, strong report-writing and client communication skills, and a full UK

• A recognised qualification in fire safety or fire risk assessment.
• Good knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Undertake fire risk assessments across a variety of property types.

Fire Risk Assessor

Location: South East England

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

The Role

1st Select are working in partnership with a growing specialist consultancy is looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join its expanding team. This is a field-based position covering a range of properties across the South East with the successful candidate responsible for carrying out professional fire risk assessments and producing clear practical reports for clients. You will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your workload and will be expected to maintain a consistently high standard of assessment and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake fire risk assessments across a variety of property types
• Inspect premises and identify significant fire safety risks

About You

We're looking for an experienced assessor who can work confidently without close supervision and who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

You should have:
