The role requires 1+ year of FRA experience, Level 3/4 FRA qualification, and strong communication skills with a full UK driving licence.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Risk Assessor to join a growing fire safety consultancy based in Hebburn. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand across the North West and Yorkshire regions, we are looking for a professional who can independently undertake Fire Risk Assessments while providing clients with practical, compliant and commercially focused fire safety solutions.

Conduct comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments across a variety of premises including:
Produce detailed FRA reports with clear, practical and proportionate recommendations.
Undertake Fire Door Inspections and Passive Fire Protection Surveys where required.
Provide technical advice in accordance with:
Liaise directly with clients, site teams and stakeholders. Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism and customer service.
Assist clients with fire safety compliance and remedial action planning.
Ensure all reports and documentation are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
Support continuous improvement and contribute technical knowledge within the wider fire safety team.
Minimum 1 year's experience undertaking Fire Risk Assessments.
Level 3 or Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification.
Strong understanding of:
Tiered Fire Risk Assessor Register (TFRAR) Registration.
Membership of IFE, IFSM, IIRSM or equivalent professional body.
Experience carrying out:
Experience working within social housing and public sector environments.
Knowledge of BAFE SP205 requirements.
You will be a proactive Fire Risk Assessor with strong report-writing skills and a practical approach to fire safety. Comfortable working independently and directly with clients, you will be able to provide pragmatic fire safety advice while maintaining the highest professional standards.
