Job summary

Brandon James is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to support a strong workload across the Midlands. You will carry out fire risk assessments across residential, commercial, education and healthcare properties, including Type 1 and Type 3 assessments, producing clear reports and advising on remedial actions.

You will work with managing agents, housing providers and landlords, offering practical fire safety guidance with autonomy and client contact in a growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Fire or equivalent qualification
• Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment Qualification
• IFE membership or working towards
• Excellent report writing skills
• Strong knowledge of the Fire Safety Order
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Carry out fire risk assessments across residential, commercial, education and healthcare properties.

A medium-sized fire consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to support a strong pipeline of work across the Midlands.

The Fire Risk Assessor's Role

The successful Fire Risk Assessor will carry out fire risk assessments across residential, commercial, education and healthcare properties.

The Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for completing Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments, producing clear reports, identifying fire safety defects and advising clients on suitable remedial actions.

The Fire Risk Assessor will work with managing agents, housing providers, commercial landlords and property owners, offering practical fire safety advice across a varied portfolio.

The Fire Risk Assessor

The successful Fire Risk Assessor will ideally have:
