Job summary

Brandon James Limited is seeking an experienced Fire Engineer to own and develop the fire engineering design function across nationwide projects. You will manage fire engineering input from concept through to delivery, working with a forward-thinking team on residential and industrial schemes.

The role offers fully remote working with salary £60,000–£80,000 DOE and opportunities to shape the fire engineering offering within an established consultancy.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years’ experience as a Fire Engineer.
• Experience on complex residential and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK fire safety and Building Regulations.
• Experience producing and managing fire strategies.
• Relevant Fire Engineering qualification required.
• IFE membership or progression towards accreditation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of fire engineering input across the full design stage for a range of projects.
• Develop and build the fire engineering function within the company.
• Provide technical fire engineering expertise from design through to project delivery.
