Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Optimisation Delivery Manager to drive strategic change in Consumer Financial Crime. You will lead multiple initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation, coordinating with operational teams, platform partners and technology groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives from mobilisation to BAU.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets and roadmaps.
• Governance, risks, issues, dependencies with defined frameworks.
• Coordinate across operational, business, platform and technology teams.
• Lead meetings and provide status updates to executives.
• Plan go-live activities and ensure readiness and adoption.
• Track benefits and support continuous delivery improvements.
