The successful candidate will help develop multi-skilled teams across automatic, industrial doors, gates, and barriers, with a strong emphasis on hands-on training and cross-discipline competency.

Qualifications

• Focus on training and development with progression to management.
• Role remains hands-on with time on the tools.
• Willingness to support other areas as needed and work in a small, cross-functional department.

Responsibilities

• Induct and onboard engineers during the first three months.
• Provide hands-on training at the training facility.
• Help engineers become multi-skilled across disciplines through cross-training.
• Support development of talent and readiness for broader leadership responsibilities.
