Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to install, commission, maintain and repair industrial doors and loading bay equipment. The role requires on-site leadership, fault diagnosis and strong safety discipline to meet high standards.

The successful candidate will lead installation teams, provide technical support to customers, and help develop less experienced colleagues while ensuring projects are completed on time and in compliance with regulations.

Formación

• Extensive experience in industrial door installation, maintenance and servicing.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial door systems and loading bay equipment.
• Experience organising and planning complex engineering work on customer sites.
• The ability to lead installation teams and coordinate on-site activities.
• Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, maintain and repair industrial doors and loading bay equipment to a high standard.
• Diagnose technical faults and implement effective solutions with a focus on first-time fix.
• Lead on-site installation teams ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
• Carry out site surveys, inspections and audits to identify work requirements and improvements.
• Maintain documentation such as commissioning records and maintenance reports.
