Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Evesham is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a complex Hard FM operation on-site. You will drive compliance, service delivery and team performance while building strong stakeholder relationships.

This hands-on leadership role offers 39 hours per week, on-site parking, and opportunities for career development. IWFM Level 3 and proven Hard FM experience are essential for application.

Qualifications

• IWFM Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in Hard FM, Estates or similar.
• Experience managing compliance and safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, Budgets and service delivery.
• First-line management experience and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and management of the estate.
• Drive statutory and mandatory compliance across all services.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance and safety.
• Lead, support and develop the site team.
• Monitor KPIs, service standards, budgets and costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and performance.
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Participate in on-call arrangements for escalations.
