Albion Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Site Manager for a major façade remediation and recladding project in Norwich. You will lead day-to-day site activities, manage labour and subcontractors, and ensure QA, H&S, and progress tracking throughout delivery.

Strong façade trade background and experience on remediation projects are essential. The role offers a competitive package up to £70,000 plus generous benefits and travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Façade or cladding trade background essential.
• Proven remediation and recladding project experience required.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, fire barriers, QA and H&S.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management and coordination.
• Labour and subcontractor oversight and management.
• Sequencing and coordinating façade works on site.
• Monitor programme and progress, QA and installation quality.
• Health & safety management and site logistics.
• Client and resident liaison and handover support.
