Job summary

Albion Recruitment Ltd in Plymouth (South West) seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee façade remediation and re-cladding projects on occupied residential buildings. You will manage day-to-day site activities, health & safety and coordination with labour and subcontractors.

Projects typically range £1m-£5m and run on a 12-month contract. You will ensure QA and installation to specification, liaise with residents and clients, and drive the programme through to completion and handover.

Site Manager - Facade & Re-Cladding

Plymouth / South West | £250-£280 per day | 12-Month Contract

A well-established façade contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee façade remediation and re-cladding works across the Plymouth area.

The business operates nationwide with a turnover of circa £30m, working with a range of major housebuilders and developers. They have a strong order book for the next two years, alongside an established in-house design capability.

The Role

Working on projects valued between £1m-£5m, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of remediation and re-cladding schemes on occupied buildings. Works typically involve stripping existing façade systems, installing new fire barriers and reinstating compliant cladding systems.

The Candidate

You must have a strong façade trade background with previous experience working on façade remediation, re-cladding or EWS projects.

You will be a hands-on Site Manager with strong knowledge of façade installation, fire barriers, QA and health & safety, and be confident managing labour and subcontractors within occupied residential environments.
