Job summary

Humanoid seeks a Senior Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end leadership hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations. Partner with senior leaders to map markets and close hard-to-fill roles using research-driven approaches.

You will drive sourcing strategies, leverage ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, negotiate offers, and cultivate a strong senior-talent network in a fast-growth environment with world-class engineers and researchers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant
• Strong background in executive search (headhunting) with closing senior leadership roles
• Track record of closing complex, critical roles in competitive markets
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and robotics ecosystems, incl. leadership roles
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
• Expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates
• Experience using modern recruitment tools including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• High ownership mindset in a fast-growth environment

• Own and deliver on highly complex and hard-to-fill roles requiring deep market mapping and proactive headhunting
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies; design and execute innovative sourcing strategies
• Utilize executive search methodologies (retained-style, research-driven approaches)
• Apply advanced sourcing techniques and modern AI tools
• Develop deep industry networks and competitor mapping
• Act as a lead closer, managing offer strategy, stakeholder alignment, and candidate negotiations
• Build and maintain a strong network of senior talent across robotics and manufacturing
• Provide market intelligence including talent insights and compensation benchmarks
• Champion a fast-paced, high-quality hiring process and ensure good candidate experience
• Leverage ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for efficient, data-driven hiring
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, hiring trends, and talent acquisition innovations

About the Role

We are looking for our first Senior Executive Recruiter . This role is critical in identifying and closing high-impact leadership and niche technical hires in a fast-scaling, high-performance organisation.

You will operate as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership, driving complex, high-stakes searches end-to-end, often targeting passive talent in highly competitive markets. Executive search in robotics and manufacturing requires a research-led, network-driven approach due to the limited and highly specialized talent pool.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end executive and senior-level hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations functions

• Own and deliver on highly complex and hard-to-fill roles, requiring deep market mapping and proactive headhunting

• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging:

• Continuously stay on top of emerging technologies, hiring trends, and talent acquisition innovations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior / Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant

• Strong background in executive search (headhunting), with experience closing senior and leadership roles

• Track record of closing complex, business-critical roles in competitive talent markets

• Deep understanding of manufacturing and robotics ecosystems, including engineering and operations leadership roles

• Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders

• Expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates

• Experience using modern recruitment tools, including ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter

• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
