Job summary

Roedean is seeking an Estates Manager to lead the management, maintenance, conservation and development of its diverse estate, reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations. The role covers heritage and modern buildings, boarding accommodation, sports facilities, staff housing and extensive grounds.

The ideal candidate is a qualified surveyor, estates professional or facilities manager with strong technical, leadership and project management skills. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified surveyor or estates professional or facilities manager as a baseline.
• Experience in managing heritage and modern buildings, estates or facilities.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

• Oversee maintenance, conservation and development of buildings, infrastructure and grounds.
