Roedean is seeking an Estates Manager to lead the management, maintenance, conservation and development of its diverse estate, reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations. The role covers heritage and modern buildings, boarding accommodation, sports facilities, staff housing and extensive grounds.

The ideal candidate is a qualified surveyor, estates professional or facilities manager with strong technical, leadership and project management skills. DBS checks apply.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Estates Manager to lead the management, maintenance, conservation and development of its diverse estate. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, the successful candidate will provide both strategic leadership and operational oversight across the School’s buildings, infrastructure and grounds.

You will lead the strategic and operational management of a complex estate comprising heritage and modern buildings, boarding accommodation, sports facilities, staff housing and extensive grounds. We are looking for a qualified surveyor, estates professional or facilities manager with strong technical, leadership and project management skills.
