Job summary

Roedean School in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Estates Manager to lead the management, maintenance, conservation and development of its diverse estate, ensuring safe, efficient and sustainable operation to support teaching and student life.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, you will oversee heritage and modern buildings, boarding facilities and extensive grounds, directing strategic and day-to-day estates work while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading estates management across complex buildings.
• Strong leadership and project management skills are essential.
• Experience with heritage and modern buildings is preferred.
