Job summary

MBDA is seeking an Environmental Domain Lead to drive the Mechanical and Climatic environmental activities across weapon-system projects. You will coordinate with ISV, Systems, Mechanical Analysis, Architecture, Quality and external parties to deliver coherent environmental solutions.

You will lead a team of engineers, manage proving strategies, and ensure design and performance meet environmental requirements while controlling risk, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to plan, manage and deliver on time, cost and quality.
• Experience managing budgets and associated risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Environmental (Mechanical and Climatic) activities across projects.
• Own strategies to manage requirements flow from design to proving and certification.
• Lead environmental working groups and coordinate internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage risk, schedules and budget within the Environmental Domain.
