Experience in pre-construction and construction environmental management and delivery.
Ability to translate complex consenting requirements into clear actions for clients and teams.
Strong governance, reporting and assurance processes to manage commitments and risks.

Responsibilities

Lead the growth of environmental construction and secondary consents delivery, shaping market offerings.
Oversee scoping and programming of environmental requirements, translating into delivery plans.
Act as Project Director or senior strategic lead on post-consent and construction commissions.
Advise on discharge of environmental planning conditions and DCO requirements.
Develop and implement environmental compliance processes across design stages.
Coordinate secondary consent activities within project programmes and controls.
