Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for its site in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The role oversees engineering and maintenance of production equipment in a food manufacturing environment, focusing on uptime, safety and quality.

The position requires strong leadership of shift teams, hands-on problem solving, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Salary is£56,000 rising to £58,500 after probation, with rotating shifts. On-site role with weekend OT available.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/leadership experience in engineering.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
• Experience with automated production lines and manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities across production and utilities.
• Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules are completed on time.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimise downtime.
• Lead fault-finding and root cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Promote and enforce safety, quality, and compliance with site policies.
