Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd. is seeking a Production Manager (Food) to oversee daily manufacturing operations at Coulman Road, Thorne, Doncaster. The role requires ensuring safety, efficiency, on-time delivery and quality while managing line leaders and production staff.

You will drive improvements in OEE, yield and downtime, coordinate material availability and maintain production documentation. A strong background in HACCP/GMP/ISO standards and 3–5 years in food manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
• Food Technology or Industrial Engineering background preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in food manufacturing and Dispatch Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, on-time delivery and quality.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime) and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead line leaders and staff; manage attendance and performance issues.
• Coordinate raw material availability and minimize waste; ensure timely dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC standards and quality controls.
• Maintain production reports and weekly performance summaries.
