Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in food manufacturing and Dispatch Operations.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on the floor.
• Ensure production targets (volume, OEE, yield, efficiency) are met.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to optimise throughput.
• Reduce downtime and improve productivity.
• Maintain production reports and KPI tracking (OEE, yield, downtime).
