Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a hybrid-working, permanent role in Bristol for a technical leadership position focused on maturing technology within the EW domain. You will coordinate with PEMs and senior stakeholders to ensure feasible SoWs, address technical risks, and mainstream customer needs in a complex GCAP system.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for technology maturation activities, ensuring coherence with technical risks identified elsewhere in the project.
• Work with the PEM to ensure SoW is representative of the technical delivery required.
• Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with other low TRL development and roadmaps.
• Provide technical input to the Technical Debt report.
• Serve as a key PoC for DAs and Engineers to mature domain knowledge and understanding of the GCAP System.
• Establish technical links within the Customer community to capture customer drivers and concerns.
• Collaborate with the PEM and procurement to mature the EW system supply chain.
