Job summary

Alice Rose Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Lead Engineer to support a portfolio of prestigious commercial buildings across Central London. Initially mobile across multiple contracts, the role transitions to a permanent static site later in the year.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Engineer ready to take ownership of a site, with progression opportunities and ongoing technical development.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ).
• Experience in commercial building services maintenance and fault finding.
• Proactive approach; able to work across multiple sites initially.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
• Respond to reactive maintenance and electrical fault finding.
• Maintain electrical and mechanical building services plant; support day-to-day operation of contracts.
• Assist with subcontractor management and inductions.
• Complete maintenance reports and logbooks; ensure health & safety compliance.
