LDMS is seeking a Lead Engineer to shape greenfield systems in a high-growth European financial tech environment. You’ll set technical direction, own architecture decisions and guide a team of senior engineers while staying hands-on with code.

The role focuses on Java (Spring Boot) on the backend, React/TypeScript on the frontend, PostgreSQL multitenancy, and AWS cloud hosting. You’ll drive observability and secure design across the stack.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Java with Spring Boot.
• Strong PostgreSQL database design and scaling.
• Experience deploying cloud-native services on AWS.
