Job summary
KennedyPearce Consulting is hiring a Technical Lead to join its product engineering team. You will lead a cross-functional squad, set technical direction and mentor engineers, collaborating with Product and Data to deliver scalable, secure products.
You will work on cloud-native architectures using AWS or GCP, with Docker and Kubernetes, and influence architectural decisions across teams. Strong communication will be essential for stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Strong Java and Spring experience.
- Senior/Lead level software engineering background.
- Experience mentoring engineers.
- React and TypeScript experience desirable.
- Experience in SaaS/MarTech or data-driven environments.
- Cloud-native experience across AWS or GCP, with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of software design, testing and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You’ll lead a cross-functional engineering squad, set technical direction, mentor engineers and work closely with Product and Data to build scalable, secure and reliable products used by customers globally.
