Job summary

The Collective Network Limited is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer stepping into a Lead Engineer role in Peterborough. You’ll stay hands-on while taking more responsibility for the day-to-day running of the engineering shift.

You’ll lead a team, coordinate maintenance with production and drive high standards across maintenance, safety and compliance, with clear opportunities for long-term progression and a healthy work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have an engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, C&G, ONC, 17th/18th Edition or equivalent).
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or food production.
• Hands-on with a focus on reliability and keeping production moving.
• Strong leadership potential to move into Lead Engineer role.

The Role

Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer ready to take the next step?

This is a great opportunity to move into a Lead Engineer position where you'll remain hands-on technically, while taking more responsibility for the day-to-day running of the engineering shift.

• Recognised engineering qualification - Apprenticeship, C&G, ONC, 17th/18th Edition or equivalent
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food production
• Confident communicator who can take ownership and lead from the front
• Someone ready to move into a Lead Engineer / Engineering Team Leader position
• Hands-on, practical approach with a focus on reliability and keeping production moving
