Job summary

WSP are seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join a friendly team in the Energy sector. You will lead the production of Revit models and CAD drawings across all design stages, coordinating with engineers and clients to deliver multidisciplinary outcomes.

The role requires strong Revit skills, knowledge of ISO 19650 and BEPs, and good communication. Our hybrid policy allows two days a week remote work with modern offices across the UK.

Qualifications

• An HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in Energy Structures as a Technician.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the principles of ISO 19650, BIM templates, BEPs, and use of collaborative information management software.
• Experience with BIM360 and its collaborative modules.

Responsibilities

• Produce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit; prepare engineering models & drawings from sketches and design information.
• Work closely with external stakeholders, clients and colleagues across the WSP business to achieve multidisciplinary delivery outcomes.
• Use BIM technologies in cloud and managed systems to prepare concise engineering drawings for conception, planning, tender, building warrant and construction.
• Fulfil Project Technician role – manage the drafting aspects of projects of varying complexity and size, actively driving collaboration.
