Lead Employability Tutor role across West Yorkshire, delivering government-funded employability training and taking ownership of programme delivery to support learners into employment. You will work with learners, employers and referral partners to ensure engagement, progression and positive outcomes, while maintaining accurate records, ILPs and RARPA, and coordinating day-to-day operations.

Are you an experienced Lead Employability Tutor with a strong background in government-funded employability programmes?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Employability and Skills provision across West Yorkshire. You will combine high-quality learner delivery with responsibility for programme coordination, helping learners build the confidence, skills and experience they need to progress into employment, apprenticeships or further training.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of programme delivery, learner progress and day-to-day operations, while remaining hands-on with learners.
The organisation delivers adult learning, employability and skills programmes designed to create clear pathways into sustainable employment and further development.
Its approach combines employability training, employer engagement, practical experience and progression support, helping learners move from initial engagement through to employment or further learning.
With approximately 10 learners starting each month and further programme growth anticipated, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing learner outcomes across West Yorkshire.
As a Lead Employability Tutor, you will deliver high-quality employability training while taking ownership of the effective running of programmes.
You will work closely with learners, employers, referral partners and other delivery professionals to ensure learners remain engaged, make progress and achieve positive outcomes.
We are looking for a confident, organised and learner-focused professional who can combine excellent classroom delivery with programme ownership.
You will ideally have:
Highly desirable: Experience delivering Construction, Retrofit or Green Skills programmes and/or previous programme management or coordination experience.
