Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging employability, confidence-building and workplace-readiness sessions.
• Manage learner engagement, attendance, retention and progression.
• Support learner induction, initial assessment, ILPs and RARPA.
• Take ownership of day-to-day coordination and delivery of programmes.
• Monitor learner progress and identify early interventions.
• Work with employers and partners to create progression opportunities.
• Prepare learners for work experience, employer engagement and interviews.
• Support learners towards employment, apprenticeships or further training.
• Maintain learner records and programme documentation.
• Collaborate with tutors, technical specialists and stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing development and quality of the programme.
