Job summary

Leeds College of Building is seeking an Employability Team Leader to guide and develop a team of Employability Officers. You will oversee planning, coordination and delivery of an impactful employability programme across curriculum areas and adult learning.

Working with curriculum teams, employers and external partners, you will ensure students have access to meaningful employer encounters, recruitment events and progression support that prepares them for apprenticeships, employment or higher

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to Level 3 or above in a relevant subject.
• Experience delivering employability or student support services.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of Employability Officers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Employability Officers team.
• Oversee planning, coordination and delivery of employability programme across curriculum areas.
• Work with curriculum teams, employers and external partners.
