• Develops test plans for electrochemical characterization and parameterization of Li-ion cells for customer/research projects.
• Coordinates battery testing activities with engineers/technicians to ensure high-quality results.
• Applies battery electrochemistry knowledge to analyze performance and support product applications.
• Analyzes data, performs root-cause analysis, and produces technical reports and recommendations.
• Presents findings to internal/external customers and supports engineering decisions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams for in-house R&D and testing.
• Drives continuous improvement of testing methods and provides technical direction to junior staff.
