Qualifications

• Proven electro-mechanical product development experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience producing and maintaining technical files for regulatory compliance and certification.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to balance priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site at Lytham St Annes and commute reliably.

Responsibilities

• Lead electro-mechanical product development from concept through testing and certification.
• Develop solutions to improve performance, reliability, manufacturability and cost.
• Produce and manage technical files, reports, design records and compliance documentation.
• Plan and support product testing with external labs and cert bodies.
• Design and refine mechanical, electrical and test arrangements.
• Support new product introduction and lifecycle activities with suppliers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance engineering priorities with business needs.
