Job summary

XAD Technologies in England, UK is seeking an Electrician / Electrician Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and repair across commercial and residential properties. The role requires proven experience, ECS Gold certification, and an Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrician or Electrician Supervisor.
Valid ECS Gold Certification.
Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and provide effective solutions.
Supervise and provide guidance to a team of electricians, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth project completion.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to health and safety regulations.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
