Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead the Projects team, ensure electrical installations meet current regulations, and manage the programme efficiently. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on electrical knowledge, and ability to coordinate with PM and site teams.

Qualifications include City & Guilds 2360, 18th Edition, and 2391 testing; experience with commercial electrical installations and LV distribution is essential.

Qualifications

Qualified to City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ & C&G 2382-10 18th Edition

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Projects team through effective communication, training and development, ensuring staff are competent and trained to undertake tasks.
Support and assist with the electrical installation and ensure the SOR and drawings are followed.
Develop RAMS for the work to be carried out.
Assist in capturing extra works and producing SORs for variations.
Promote safe working practices and ensure Eskills are completed on site.
Develop partnerships with suppliers to maximise mutual benefit and rationalise supplier database.
Identify training gaps and work with admin to close them.
