Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and manage small projects, survey, and oversee a team of electricians on social housing contracts. You will sign off EICR certificates, coordinate with management for labour and subcontractors, and ensure work compliance with regulations and company policy.

You will oversee RAMS, toolbox talks, and ensure timely inspections/testing, while maintaining high quality and safety standards across on-site operations.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 18th Edition certification.
• NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation.
• Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent certification.
• Skilled in fault finding, testing, and inspecting the work of others.
• Supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology usage.
• Experience working on social housing contracts or similar environments.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage small projects, survey, and supervise a team of electricians.
• Signing off EICR certificates.
• Plan, manage, and oversee all works, including variations or delays, and notify clients as necessary.
• Coordinate with management to ensure labour and subcontractor resources are available on site.
• Oversee RAMS, toolbox talks, and documentation.
• Verify all inspection and testing results promptly to avoid delays, maintaining due care during verification.
• Act as the QS for the electrical division and participate in NICEIC annual assessments.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, problem-solving, decision-making, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results for clients and colleagues.
