Job summary

Valoris Group is seeking a Lead Electrician with extensive experience in solar and general electrical installations, based in Little Hampton. You will lead a small team of 3-4 technicians and ensure high standards of workmanship while delivering top-class service to clients across the UK.

The role offers a permanent contract with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus a bonus scheme, salary reviews, a company van and commission. Occasional travel to project sites and overnight stays are required.

Qualifications

Certification as an Electrician with experience in solar and general electrical installations.
Strong diagnostic skills and technical expertise in solar PV systems.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems and general electrical installations.
Lead a team of 3-4 technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
Uphold strict industry standards and safety regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide technical support.
Produce and maintain accurate documentation of all activities.
Travel to various project sites, with occasional overnight stays.
