Think Recruitment are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join a property maintenance contractor across Derbyshire. This hands-on role involves electrical repairs, maintenance and testing within residential properties, and mentoring junior electricians.

The position offers a salary of £45,100 per year plus overtime, a company van, fuel card, pension and holiday allowance, and a clear path to lead the repairs and maintenance team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or completed apprenticeship.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent.
• AM2 qualification.
• Experience in domestic electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Previous experience within social housing or residential maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to support and mentor other electricians.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations and maintenance in occupied properties.
